The card works only for American banks. I thought the company I was going to pay to was in the US, but it turned out to be wrong. Found a place where you can spend funds from this card.

First, this guy tries to pay on algerian facebook 5 euros. Sends me screen print of it and then denies he was doing it. LOL.. then he jumps on russian website and tries to do it there. I tell him to read card description and instructions. Total ignore. Thats my typical buyer from Algeria. Thats why I try not to deal with them period. Very pussy, arrogant and ignore everything. Do not buy here if you are like this guy. There will be no refunds. This is not a toy or rent a card store. PS: every time you tell arab guy he is rude and pushy he plays his "you racist" card. Unbelievable.
